Bridgeport, NJ – Once again, the Spirit Auto Center Speedway skirted the weather and completed a full show of Friday night action, sponsored by AC Racing Products.
Defending Hyper Racing 600 champion, Anthony Tramontana raced to his second win of the season while defending 270 Micro Sprint champion, Alex Swift collected his sixth win of the year. Darian Danyluk was a first time winner in the Speedway Entertainment All Star Slingshots in just his second appearance of the season. Kylinn Evans, who won her first ever feature event in the Junior Slingshots just one week earlier, came back this week to show that she means business by racing to her second win. The 300 and 500 Micro Midgets made their first ever appearance on the Spirit quarter mile and Maddox Wire and Matt Keifert earned victories.
Anthony Tramontana made quick work of the competition as he raced into the lead on lap one after a brief battle with polesitter, Ty Short. Tramontana led all the way to the checkered. JT Bierman raced into second on lap ten but Tramontana had built up a substantial lead at that point. Bierman was able to cut into that lead but was never close enough to challenge the leader. Current point leader, Quinn Llewellyn raced into third in the final laps with Short finishing fourth in his first Spirit appearance. Dan Leaper used some late race moves to secure the final spot in the top five.
Alex Swift continued his winning ways in the 270 Winged Micro Sprints, racing to his sixth win of the 2025 season.
Polesitter, Nick Skias and Tyler Grau battled for the lead on the original start with Skias leading the field on lap one. Swift raced into third quickly and it was Skias, Grau and Swift through lap five.
The leader was in lapped traffic by lap eight. Grau headed pitside during a lap eight caution for a single car incident. That put Skias and Swift side-by-side on the restart. The race had a new leader on lap nine.
Swift led the way over Skias and Dylan Pence. Luke Fogg raced into third with a pass by Dylan Pence on lap thirteen and then Pence headed pitside two laps later with mechanical issues.
Swift raced to the win over Skias and Billy Gray who raced from the back of the field to finish third. Fogg finished fourth with Tyler Gent taking fifth. Gent went from flipping earlier in the night to a top five finish.
Darian Danyluk made his first Spirit start and then raced to the win in the All Star Slingshot feature, leading from the green to the checkered. In thirteen races this year, Danyluk and Brett Bieber are the only two drivers with wins in this division other than the Laureigh brothers. Jonathan and Christopher Laureigh have won six and five features respectively.
Dalton Kinsell chased Danyluk to the finish followed by Charlie Moore in third. Chris Laureigh finished fourth with Gavin Marerro taking fifth.
Kylin Evans raced to back-to-back feature wins in the Junior Slingshots. David Morrison led the first three laps before Evans raced into the lead. Waylon Wolf took over second in the final laps with Morrison finishing third. Khloe Dennis finished fourth with Hannah Kormann rounding out the top five.
Maddox Wire picked up the win in the Pennyslvania 300 Micro Midgets feature over Asher Paxton, Hunter Smith, Dakota Thomas and Gannon Wright.
Matt Kiefert, a former All Star Slingshot competitor on the Spirit quarter mile, raced to the win in the Pennsylvania 500 Micro Midgets. Todd Walls chased Kiefert to the checkered followed by Ryan Rost, Ryan Wells and CJ Kimm.
