Bridgeport, NJ – Another Fast ‘N Furious Friday night on the 1/4 mile at the Bridgeport Motorsports Park produced a first time winner as well as Four repeat winners. Dylan DeVault won his first A.C. Racing Products Winged 270cc Micro Sprints feature event at Bridgeport. (He did have a win in a restricted 600cc event earlier this season.) Chris Fenimore found redemption with his fourth win of the season after missing a win one week ago with just five laps to go.
Charlie Moore won his sixth Speedway Entertainment All Star Slingshot division and Kenna Evans picked up her third Junior Slingshot win. Jonathan Laureigh won his sixth Smith Fabrication Stage-1 Modified feature.

Fourteen year old DeVault is a fourth generation racer – going back to his great grandfather who raced at tracks like Vineland back in the day. DeVault jumped into the lead at the drop of the green flag. Billy Gray chased DeVault the entire distance. The event was only slowed by one caution but DeVault was able to outrun the competition. Gray finished sevond followed by current point leader, Alex Swift. Joe Dopke and Anthony Kane completed the top five. Andrew Locuson, Luke Fogg, Ian John, Matt Andrews and George Nardelli finished sixth through tenth.

In the Hyper Racing Wingless 600cc Micro Sprint A-Main, Geordan Marrero grabbed the lead at the start. Marrero quickly pulled away from the second. Dylan Kontra and Fenimore battled each other for second and after several laps Fenimore pulled in second. Fenimore quickly closed in on Marrero and as the race approached halfway Fenimore would dive to the inside of Marrero as the pair entered in the first turn. As the field reached halfway Fenimore’s move finally stuck. The event ran non-stop with Fenimore pulled away from Marrero to the checkered flag. Konta finished third with J.T. Bierman, P. J, Williams finished third through fifth. Cole Neibert, Sam LaMothe, Dan Leaper, Gavin Marrero and Gage Marrero.

Moore led every lap in the non-stop All Star Slingshot event. Hannah Kormann chased Moore every lap of the event. Carl Taylor who started on the pole settled into third with Nick Tomlinson in fourth and Matthew Lashley finishing fifth. Kormann continues to lead the season long battle in the All Stars with only two events remaining. Moore is still numerically in the chase for the title

The Junior Slingshot division again was the largest division with 18 drivers. Kenna Evans started on the pole and led the entire distance. Kylin Evans started deep in the field but chased her sister across the finish line. David Morrison finished third with Danny Kurtz in fourth. Keegan Scott finished fifth. Khloe Dennis, Austin Whitby, Danica Degutis, Tommy Morris and Casey Peck completed the top ten. With three races remaining, the point battle is between David Morrison, Khloe Dennis and Kenna Evans.

Jonathan Laureigh won his sixth Stage-1 Modified event of 2026. J.T. Bierman finished second with Tyler Rodeanmel, Christopher Buffalino and Dylan Kontra finished third through fifth. Current point leader, Carter Mullins was sixth followed by Leroy Sorenson, P.J. Bozowski, Ken Matthews and Charlie Geibel finished seventh through tenth.
