Bridgeport, NJ – Spirit Auto Center Speedway presented the third hand in the 2021 Poker Series and three more drivers added an Ace to their Poker Hand.  In three events with three divisions, there has yet to be a repeat winner in Poker Series competition.

Tim Buckwalter had a breakout victory in the Hyper Racing Evo injection 600 feature, picking up a cool $1,000 payday and an Ace for car owners, Barry and Cheryl Greth.  Alex Swift has three Spirit wins with the John Blanda owned No. 15 but picked up his first Poker Series win of 2021.  Scott Neary became the third different winner in the All Star Slingshots in Poker Series competition.

Buckwalter drew the pole for the 600 feature with Steven Snyder, the hottest 600 driver right now, to his right.  Buckwalter grabbed the lead at the green and led every lap to the checkered.  Restarts brought his competition bac to Buckwalter, but each time the multi talented driver help his position.

The race for second saw a wheel to wheel battle berween Snyder, Steven Bracall and Connor Gross.   Gross prevailed to finish second to add another podium finish to is record.  Snyder finished third followed by Colin White and Michael Nolf.  Geordan Marrero, Alex Ruppert, Gary Bozowski, John Barnett and PJ Williams rounded out the top ten.

Alex Swift’s win in the 270 Micro feature came following a battle with Nick Walton for the lead.  Skias now has an Ace, King and Queen in Poker Series competition.

Walton finished second in the Tyers’ No.16 with Tommy Rinck turning on another strong effort to finish third.  Nick Skias finished fourth, adding a Jack to his Poker hand.  Charles Chance finished fifth. 

Scott Neary race to victory in a stout field of All Star Slingshots after taking the lead from forner Poker Champion, Amanda Angstadt.  

Cody Kline recovered from a spin while leading to finish third.  Kline, a previous Poker Series winner, now has a Queen and an Ace for his Poker Series hand.   Jason Kraycirik finished fourth with Shelby McLaughlin in fifth.

Jax Yohn, Charlene Benz, James Benz, Tim Franks and Zach Merola rounded out the top ten.

Chase Shott was the winner in the Junior Slingshot competition over Ryan Rochelle, Chase Zimmer, Weston Doklan and Nick Biello.

David Burns was the winner of the Xcel 600 Modified feature after taking the lead from Thomas Prychka who finished second.  Mark Kieffert finished third.
