Bridgeport, NJ – Pat Bealer and Lee Reinhardt became the fourth different winners in their respective divisions in Friday night Micro Sprint action at the Spirit Auto Center Speedway on Monster Truck Throwdown weekend. it may have been Friday the Thirteenth but Bealer and Reinhardt proved that it could be lucky!

Bealer of Walnutport, PA has never been a weekly competitor on the Spirit quarter mile. He has several wins in 270 Micro Sprint victories, however, and was the winner of the Danny Serrano Skyscraper for the Hyper Racing EVO Injection 600. Micro Sprints last season. On Friday night, Bealer earned his first Friday night 600 victory behind the On The High Side No. 42C.

Lee Reinhardt made second first appearance in Spirit 270 Micro competition and dominated the field to win the twenty lap feature event on Friday evening. Reinhardt broke the one lap that he previously set during the 2020 Skyscraper. The new mark is 12:37.1 seconds.

Both drivers represented the fourth different winner in each division in Friday night competition.

Polesitter, Jackson White led the field of 600s for the first seven laps with Steven Bracall and Matt Smith battling it out for second. Bealer raced from his tenth place start to third by lap four. Bracall raced to the inside of Jackson on a lap eight restart as Bealer took over second. Bracall led Bealer, Gary Bozowski, Briggs Danner and Smith through lap ten.

Just before halfway, the caution waved again and Bealer was able to take the lead as he and Bracall headed down the backstretch on the restart. Bealer went the distance without further challenges but second through six were changing on nearly every lap.

Bracall, Smith and Danner battled for second throughout the remaining laps with Bracall earning the position.

It was Bealer for the win over Bracall. Bracall’s Cobbs Mill Performance team mate, Gary Bozowski finished third, followed by Matt Smith who edged out Danner for fourth on the final lap.

Connor Sheffield had his best run to date to finish sixth followed by Nick Skias, Anthony Tramontana who qualified through a B Main, Chris Fenimore and Daniel Dickerson.

Reinhardt grabbed the lead at the stripe as he and Nick Skias completed lap one. Reinhardt never looked back and as he drove away from the field. Lee Nardelli raced Skias for second with Nardelli taking the spot on lap seven. By that time, Reinhardt had extended his lead.

Reinhardt raced to the win over Nardelli, Nick Walton, Skias and Alex Swift. Billy Gray, Tyler Grau, Joe Dopke, John Wagner, Jr and Dom Pomponi rounded out the top ten.

Michael Beckett raced to his second win of the season in the All Star Slingshots. Beckett raced from his third place start to take the lead before the first lap could be scored. In spite of several restarts, Beckett was able to pick up the win over defending track champion, Amanda Angstadt. Angstadt raced back through the field to finish second after spinning as a result of contact in the early laps. Ryan Davey finished third, followed by Ryan Harris and PJ Bozowski.

Brayden Morrison raced to victory in the Junior Slingshot competition over Cody Williamson.

The quarter mile will be idle this Friday as racing switches to Sunday for the Poker Series.
